This week I have given each of my team members roles like website developer, artist and camera man. I have given each of them a task so I must ensure that I check they have completed it by the deadlines I've given them.
We had a meeting where I gave Matthew the task of setting up our initial website page and have asked Xabi to start creating some potential artwork for our band. I also set work for myself which was to start planning and editing our documentary.
